Karafuu Beach Resort & Spa, Pingwe

I had a somewhat mixed experience at the resort. While there were aspects like the likely enjoyable excursions and the lovely beach setting, I faced numerous issues with room cleanliness and service, which detracted from the overall enjoyment. It felt like a 3-star property despite being advertised as 5-star, and I found the dining options limited and often below expectations.

I spent two weeks at Karafuu Beach Resort, and while I enjoyed my overall stay, several factors detracted from the experience. The friendly staff, especially Micha and Modather from the spa, made me feel welcome. However, the pricing for drinks was confusing and Wi-Fi charges were excessive. The cleanliness and condition of the rooms were a concern, which was disappointing for the price paid.

The resort is not worth the price they charge, as it definitely does not meet 5-star standards. There were numerous issues with the room and the all-inclusive plan was misleading. On a positive note, I met a great excursion organizer who was respectful and helpful.

Karafuu Beach Resort has its charms, especially with its beautiful beachfront and friendly staff. However, the pricing for some items felt off, and the Wi-Fi costs were surprisingly high. The rooms also need more attention to cleanliness and upkeep for a more comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful with its stunning beach and beautiful pool area. The staff really stood out for being incredibly helpful and attentive during our visit. While the dining experience could be improved, especially regarding menu variety, the overall environment made up for it. I wish the all-inclusive package had covered more options, but the positive aspects, like the comfortable rooms and lovely setting, overshadowed the few downsides.
